United Kingdom Founded in 1799 by Benjamin Greene in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk; it merged with Frederick William King's brewing business in 1887. It bought Rayments (1961), Morland (1999), Morrells (2002), Ridley's (2005), Belhaven (2005) and Hardys & Hansons (2006), and Old Speckled Hen is a Morland brand. CK Asset of Hong Kong bought the company in October 2019.
