Started in summer 2010 by Manos Nazlidis and Iakovos Amygdalos as Zythopoiia Chiou; in Kampos (Agiou Mina 78) from 2011, where Fresh Chios Beer was first bottled in 2012, unfiltered and unpasteurised. Known for its mastic beer. Moved to Vavili in 2019; the nomadic Strange Brew (4829) brews here as well. unverified info
