The first brewery of Corsica, founded by Armelle and Dominique Sialelli. The Pietra beer, brewed with Castagniccia chestnut flour, was launched in 1995 under contract on the mainland; the brewery at Furiani near Bastia opened in June 1996. The name comes from the village of Pietraserena. Later brands include Colomba and Serena. unverified info
