Bought Mariestads Bryggeri in 1967 (closed 1972) and the breweries of the cooperative KF in 1989 (Wårby, Sollefteå, Norrlands Guld). Named Spendrups Bryggeri AB in 1982; still owned by the Spendrup family. Brewing in Grängesberg and Hällefors, Gotlands Bryggeri in Visby. unverified info
