How it works
Began in 1995 in a former dairy at Parsons Green, Fulham, with Alastair Hook (later of Meantime) as the first UK microbrewery to focus on unpasteurised lager brewed to the Reinheitsgebot. Brothers Brewing moved the brand to a new brewery at Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire, in 2004-2005; the Brewery History Society says Brothers sold it to the Mayman family in 2008. It launched its first pale ale in 2016. unverified info
