## About

An organic microbrewery at Les Pieux on the west coast of the Cotentin (Manche), taken over in 2018 by Guillaume de Lestrange with the master brewer David Cosseron. The spent grain feeds Galloway cattle on the Vauville moors; also fish rillettes made with beer.
