## About

Started in 2011 by the brothers Allan and Stephen Crossland beside the Benleva Hotel at Drumnadrochit on the shore of Loch Ness, to brew for the hotel's pub; it moved to larger premises in 2012. In late 2016 the Loch Ness Beer brand was rescued by a partnership of the Cobbs Group and Cairngorm Brewery. It makes about 20,000 pints a week and is known for HoppyNESS.
