## About

St. Vincent Brewery Ltd was established in June 1985 at Campden Park, set up with the German brewer Haase Brauerei (later Brauhaase International Management GmbH) and local shareholders; Hairoun, a 4.8% lager, was its first beer and Vitamalt followed in 1991. Royal Unibrew took its stake to 76% in July 2007 and sold its stake in 2009-10 to Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (CND, later controlled by AB InBev); Presidente was added under licence in 2010 and a canning line in November 2010. KOSCAB Holdings, a Coca-Cola bottling company, took a majority interest in the owner, SLU Beverages, on 31 July 2025. Hairoun, Smallie (April 2022), Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, Presidente and Wadadli, besides soft drinks and Vitamalt.
