## About

A Strasbourg brewery known from 1715, run by Jean-Daniel Schützenberger from 1768. Moved to Schiltigheim in 1864–1866. Launched the first French alcohol-free beer, Sant'Or, in 1973 and revived the Alsatian Christmas beer in 1985. In receivership from 31 October 2005; closed on 12 June 2006.
